Sending Your Photo Send your photo or picture, either in the post for us to scan, or attached to an email. We can accept most picture formats such as JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, etc and files from Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Printing Your Icing Sheets Your image will be printed exactly as supplied by you, with the following exceptions: Your image will be enlarged or reduced proportionately to fill the printable area of your chosen icing sheet as much as possible (unless you tell us otherwise in the Additional Instructions section of the order.) There may be some white space around your picture depending on the shape and size of your original. If you choose the round icing sheet you do not need to send a circular picture, we will do that for you. Your image will need some room around the main subject, otherwise there may be some blank areas when we print the circle. If you choose a rectangle icing sheet your image can be printed horizontally ("landscape") or vertically ("portrait"). We will select the most suitable method from your picture unless you tell us otherwise in the Additional Instructions section of the order. Please let us know if you would like us to "crop" your photo and zoom in to a particular area to exclude any unwanted space around your main subject. Adding Words We will add wording of your choice if you select this option. Please tell us what colour you would like the text printed and which font you would like. We will place your words over your picture in the most suitable place, unless you tell us otherwise in the Additional Instructions section of the order. | 
Small Rectangle 11.5x19cm The maximum printable area of this size is 11.5x19 cm (4½x7½ inches), which is just smaller than A5). This size is suitable for small, oblong cakes or to put a smaller picture on a larger cake. |
 Large Rectangle 19x25cm
The maximum printable area of this size is 19x25 cm (7½x10 inches), which is slightly smaller than A4. This size is suitable for large, oblong cakes and ideal for portraits, original artwork, group photos or landscapes. Now also available in Extra Large size 25 x 40cm (10x16 inches), similar to A3. |
 Large Circle 19cm
The maximum printable area of this size is a circle with a 19 cm diameter (7½ inches). This size is suitable for all round cakes. Now also available in Extra Large size - 24cm (9.5 inches) |
12 Small Circles 5cm (all the same picture)The maximum printable area of this size is 5 cm (2 inches) and there are 12 circles on a sheet. This size is suitable for fairy cakes, muffins, biscuits, cookies or to put a picture several times on one larger cake. |
