Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process, from £1.50 for decorations and from £8.50 for cakes.

For all cake orders you must select a delivery date and we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. We use a reliable, guaranteed service to ensure your cake arrives on time. However, once your cake is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process, so we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment.

We are unable to deliver cakes to the following locations:
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Isle of Man
Isle of Scilly
Northern Ireland

Your order must be received by 11 am (UK time) for Next Day delivery. Orders received after 11 am and during weekends and public holidays will not be despatched until the following working day.

For all items excluding cakes select from the following: 

• Standard 7 Days - we aim to despatch your order so that you receive it within one week after
  your payment (and picture if required) have been received. Additional time should be allowed
  for any public holidays.
• Express 3 days - we aim to despatch your order so that you receive it within 3 working days
  after your payment (and picture if required) have been received. An additional 5 working days
  should be allowed for delivery to non-UK addresses.
• Next Day (UK only) - Orders received and paid for by 11 am will be despatched the same
  working day and are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive by 1 pm the following working day.
  For Edible Photos we must also receive your picture by 11 am.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays in England. 

Orders that do not include cakes are sent using Royal Mail and Air Mail for non-UK destinations.

Deliveries to remote areas may take an extra 24 hours.
